Summer Leadership Institute

The Summer Leadership Institute at Lima Community Church is an internship opportunity for students planning to work in one of several ministry areas (listed below). The student will be fully immersed in a ministry environment with our own church leaders for 10 weeks in the summer, learning practical skills for his or her particular ministry area, growing personally and professionally, and adding valuable experience for future ministry endeavors.
